Business Management Interns
Ryan Cong, a first year at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
I’m from southeastern Michigan, and I grew up in a family of engineers. I’m extremely passionate about business management consulting as well as community engagement, operating my own tennis coaching nonprofit as well as spearheading an annual multinational conference aimed at finding role models for Michigan youth. I am currently a board member of the Asian/Pacific Students In Business (ASIB) at the University of Michigan, and I have experience with professional development planning, consulting projects, case competitions, and more. Currently, I am an intern at FUNEL business management consulting group in Plymouth, Michigan. I have been integrating my findings to help enhance the social media presence and website of the firm, as well as getting my foot in the door of the world of professional consulting. Although I had only recently undertaken this role, I believe that it has already introduced me to the world of consulting, one that I am very interested in for my future career. Outside of the realm of business, I deeply love tennis, the Detroit Lions, and Asian food!
